frustration

came to the conclusion that i cant work the shade on my window. its the one where you pull it down, and if you want them to go up, you pull a little. i must have spent a half hour last night at 2 A.M trying to make my shade go up. i kept pulling little by little but it kept going down more. by the time i said fuck it, the shade was all the way down to my floor when i gave up. i don't know how people do it. im going to ask my mom to come in soon to fix it, guaranteed she gets it up the first try.
